
ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. Before becoming a LCSW, I was a special education teacher and later a global education manager, leading a corporate giving initiative. These experiences shaped my belief in human potential, the power of connection and the importance of showing up with integrity and love.
Alongside my professional work, I am also a mother to a neurodivergent child, an experience that has deepened my empathy, strengthened my patience and taught me to meet each person exactly where they are. It informs the way I show up—with honesty, respect and an unwavering commitment to understanding the whole person in front of me.
Today, as a psychotherapist for women, I bring that same steady presence and genuine care into every session. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to support emotional regulation and grounding. My clients describe me as warm, calm, engaged, and trustworthy—someone they can relax with, lean into, and feel truly seen and heard at their own pace.
